The Ivy Cottage is advantageously located 5 minutes to downtown & 20 minutes to the beach (longer drive times when traffic is busy). The property is 3 blocks from Sanders Beach, The Oar House, and Pensacola Yacht Club. Let this cute cottage be your perfect place to share a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind after a fun beach day.

THE SPACE:
Coming in at 400 square feet, this quaint space has a cozy warmth with a masculine touch. The cottage is located in a little Caribbean inspired complex we adoringly named The Wanderlust Cottages. We know you'll love it for a romantic getaway or a sweet vacation with someone special. Please note: the space is small so there is no bedroom door. We wanted to keep the place open and airy despite it's modest size. P.S: You may occasionally hear the rumble and catch a glimpse of Americas most coveted flying force: The Blue Angels! Pardon the noise it's the sound of Freedom!

GUEST ACCESS
It's in a small complex with 3 other cottages so we just ask that everyone respects each others space and privacy! You'll have access to the whole cottage and the back patio. There is a laundry shack behind the yellow cottage that guests may use. You may also find enjoyment in the shared courtyard we like to call "The Fern Gully" between the green and cream colored cottage. There's a grill there for all to enjoy!

THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that this property is nearly a century old and may show signs of its age. Be advised that despite it’s age it is cleaned and maintained to the highest industry standards. For everyone's ensured safety we do have a Ring camera located in branch of the oak tree in the driveway facing south towards the cottages and driveway. It is the 1 and only camera on the property. It records 24/7.
