Positive: Great place for a weekend break.

Negative: Lack of basic equipment. When we arrived we had one mug, one teaspoon and 5 forks - we were a group of eight! Once reported problem sorted out efficiently. Also had no hot water or heating as boiler not working - so another phone call needed and had to wait for visit to sort this out. No locks on either bathroom door which seemed rather strange for a house that can accommodate 8 people. Told parking in the road was allowed - my friend ended up with a fine!

Summary: Lovely , modern house in a great location. Plenty of amenities short walk away .
