Positive: Nice and clean. Very well equipped. Peaceful and a great location to explore the local area.

Negative: Only a small thing but there was occasional banging for 5 seconds at a time. Assume it was the sanitary system or heating pipes. It kept me awake during my first night as it was intermittent every half hour.
