The Chaff House is a four-star holiday apartment, suitable for up to four guests. The property is configured on ground floor only. We have sympathetically restored what was a former 19th Century oast house.
The property provides a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with family bathroom. There is a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you'd need, a breakfast bar, and a lounge area with dining table.
- Barn conversion with shared garden.
- The property is on our family farm - we have 135 acres. You are welcome to immerse yourselves in our farm and we have a 3km walk through the fields. You will see cows, sheep, horses and chickens. We live on site and can answer any questions you have about farming life!
- The Chaff House sleeps 4 (one double room and one twin room).
- Family bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Parking outside of the property. Please let us know if you have more than 2 cars.
- Lawned garden. Rear patio area with table, chairs and BBQ. The area is secure if you are bringing a dog.
- Dogs welcome - we charge £25 per dog per stay. Payable upon arrival or we can add this payment via Airbnb.
- Communal EV charger available (please bring your own cable). Supplementary fee.
- All bed linen and towels provided.

- Fibre broadband / Wi-Fi is provided. The internet speed is suitable if you need to work from the property.

The property is on a 135-acre working farm. You are welcome to walk around the grounds and enjoy the surrounding countryside (please ask Sally on arrival for best walking routes). We have cows, sheep and horses on the farm, very popular with children!
Dogs are welcome. There is a charge of £25 per dog per stay.
