The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Living room, sunroom/eating area and full kitchen. Can sleep 6 with a 2 twins, a queen and full sleeper sofa. Newly redecorated, with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make your own meals or head to the towns of Lawton and PawPaw which are a quick 5-10 minute-drive away with wineries, breweries and multiple delicious and quaint eating establishments. You will pay only our nightly rate , a nominal cleaning fee and the fee charged you by VRBO. We pay our taxes and our own VRBO fees ourselves and don’t nickel and dime our guests.
