Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Its location and quiet. Good internet connection about 40 mps. In a beautiful location with easy access to the coast and a nice walk to the Sloop inn at Porthgain.

Negative: It is very dated apart from the bathroom. Garden furniture was broken and old. Not sure about the state of the bedding whether it was clean or not. White bedding would be much better. Bathroom cabinet hadn’t been cleaned inside and door should be hung on other side for easier access. TV is not a smart tv and you will need an extension connector to use a Firestick as cannot plug directly into back of TV. Kitchen although well equipped is very dated and a new taller tap would be a huge improvement to facilitate filling the kettle !

Summary: Could be nicer with a little bit of upgrading from the owners.
