We’ve included a drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer, as well as basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. You’ll also find a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and full oven for your convenience.
The rustic living room features large windows that frame the surrounding trees, bringing the peaceful outdoors in. Sit back and relax on the comfy couch, crack open the patio door for fresh mountain air. With high ceilings and natural wood finishes throughout, this space is the perfect mix of cozy and charming.

This cozy cabin is the perfect mountain escape for a couple or small family. It comfortably sleeps 4 guests across one private bedroom and an open loft.
Main Bedroom: Equipped with a comfy queen-size bed and built-in closet space for your belongings, and warm wood-paneled walls. Sleeps 2 comfortably and offers a relaxing retreat after a day of Tahoe adventures. Since our Cozy cabin is small and cute, this room is naturally smaller than most bedrooms but does not lack comfort!
☆ SLEEPING LOFT AREA ☆
The open loft area is a cozy and fun sleeping space perfect for kids or those young at heart. Furnished 1 queen bed and a TV, this low-ceiling 48 inch space is ideal for small children or guests who don’t mind crawling. While you can’t fully stand up in this loft area, it’s the perfect hideaway to snuggle in, watch a movie, and drift off after a long day of mountain fun. You will access this loft through a narrow stairwell.

There is 1 full bathroom in the cabin, complete with a shower and bathtub combo — perfect for rinsing off after a day at the lake or warming up post-skiing. It’s stocked with soft towels and includes a hair dryer for your convenience.

The outdoor space is the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of South Lake Tahoe. Step into the private backyard where you`ll find patio seating ideal for morning coffee or evening chats under the trees. While outdoor grilling and bonfires are not permitted, the spacious backyard is yours to enjoy for lawn games, lounging, or letting the kids run free.
You’ll be surrounded by towering sugar pines, the crisp mountain air, and that signature Lake Tahoe pine scent — nature’s version of a deep breath.

We offer free parking on-site with enough space to comfortably fit 1 car to make parking a hassle-free experience!
As a guest at our cozy cabin, you will have access to the entire cabin and backyard. The home is located in a tiny home park with other nearby cabins neighboring the unit. We do have neighbors on either side of us.
We offer self- check in and will not be available in person to meet you. However we are always available via message to address anything you need during your stay!
☆ The Lake Tahoe community has very strict fire restrictions. We have a zero tolerance policy for smoking, grilling or bon fires. You will be fined by the City and reservation will be canceled if these rules are not followed on our property
☆ Our cozy cabin is nestled in a peaceful tiny home community. You can expect nearby cabins and neighbors
☆ The sleeping loft space`s ceiling height on second level is 48 inches high and the stairwell to access the loft is narrow. Adults need to crouch/crawl once inside the loft space. Perfect sleeping area for small children or adults that are young at heart!
☆ Our cozy cabin is small, around 400 sq ft. Larger individuals & groups that enjoy larger spaces may be better suited reserving alternative accommodations.
☆We do not have in-unit laundry, however, Tahoe LaundryBox At The Y is a laundromat 2 minutes down the road!

Lake Tahoe is home to beautiful wildlife—including bears! For your safety (and theirs), please follow these simple guidelines during your stay:
☆ Always lock your car doors – bears can and will open unlocked vehicles.
☆ Do not leave any food or scented items in your car.
☆ Keep all food indoors – avoid leaving food, coolers, or trash outside or on patio.
☆ Close bedroom windows when you`re not home or at night.

HOUSE RULES:
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.**
1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 4 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
4. Must be 25 years and older to book.
5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
11. Additional rules may be posted at the property or provided in materials/information at the property.
12. No grilling, bon fires or smoking. This area has very strict fire restrictions that will result in fines if not followed. Please help us keep our community safe!
13. Keep all food inside the cabin. Do not leave food inside your car or outside on patio to prevent Bears.
14. Extreme Caution!!! We have added Electrically Charged Bear Mats outside the front door and back door to help deter bears from the property. Do NOT walk on them barefoot, and do not allow your pets to walk on them either to avoid getting shocked. Do NOT unplug it. Please also avoid leaving food out in the cabin, as bears can smell it and will attract them inside the home.

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels.
