Summary: A nice welcome,plenty of tea & coffees & water bottles but no biscuits, room was small but comfortable,situated in a quiet back yard where bins are & an old van are though.Parking a little tight but ok.Food was good,drinks were expensive.Breakfast was good with anything you want.Room not serviced if longer than one night.Comfortable bed nice clean sheets & duvet.No Netflix connection.
