The Boathouse is all within walking distance to our two other Sweetwater Properties so if your party is big enough you could rent all three! Just like our other properties The Boathouse is appointed with an eclectic mix of furniture and one of a kind local artwork. It is 5 miles from Downtown Ludington and 5 miles from Ludington State Park. But once you get here and lay in the hammock or sit in one of the Adirondacks you may not want to go anywhere.
