Swansea Sea View is the ultimate family holiday home located at the top of Swansea Headland. Enjoy the stunning views over Swansea Channel and on to Blacksmiths Beach.
This large four bedroom home has enough room for the whole family. We are proudly dog friendly, if you are bringing more than two dogs please contact us first.
Upstairs the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen has two balconies. The front balcony enjoys views to the mountains. Relax on the outdoor lounge on the back balcony overlooking the ocean and backyard.
There are three bedrooms upstairs including the main with queen bed, ensuite and water views. The second bedroom has single bunk beds and the third has a king single bed with a single trundle bed beneath. The upstairs living and bedrooms have ducted reverse cycle air conditioning.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking basics eg oil, salt & pepper. There is an Aldi pod coffee machine, you will be provided with a few pods for your first day. You can buy more pods from any Aldi store.
Downstairs you will find the fourth bedroom with a double bed. There is a second lounge room with TV, books and games for the kids. The family bathroom has a shower and toilet adjoining the laundry with washing machine.
Swansea Sea View sleep up to 8 guests. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. If you are travelling with small children please bring your own travel cot. Please note our home is two storey and has a number of open stair cases which could be dangerous to small children. You are welcome to bring a portable baby gate.
The garage is not included in the listing and will be locked during your stay. A section of the walk in robe in the main bedroom will also be off limits as this holds personal clothing. There will also be a boat parked on the driveway, there is still enough room to park your cars.
Please note we do not accept large groups for parties and events. Bucks, hens, schoolies and party groups. This is our family home.
Swansea Sea View is located next to a reserve which has an abundance of wildlife and insects. It is not uncommon to see birds, insects, lizards, snakes, spiders and goannas in our backyard and around our home. Please be mindful of this when walking in the reserve or down to the bottom of our large yard.
If you are lucky enough to be visited by wildlife please do not approach them and keep out of their way.
Please note we do store our boat on the driveway. There is plenty of room for cars also.
Dogs must not go on furniture or soft furnishings. Please clean up after your pet.
