The eco house consists of two north facing pavilions linked by a covered walkway overlooking a garden courtyard with a lovely outdoor living space .The orientation of the house utilises the sun for winter warming and flow through ventilation for cooling in summer. The house has solar hot water, rainwater tanks as well as town water. The eco house is fully self contained with all linen, soap and shampoo supplied. The kitchen contains all necessities- crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Gas cooktop and oven, microwave , refrigerator and front loader washing machine. Tea, coffee etc and some pantry supplies are also provided. The driveway is a shared space with Sinclair cottage which is located at the rear of the property.
