Includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 smart televisions (one in bedroom), kitchenette, dining area, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Pet friendly as well with both dogs and cats allowed! Great beach and lake getaway for individuals, couples, or small families!

1) PET POLICY: Up to 2 small pets are allowed. Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets other than dogs or cats are not permitted. Please make certain that the pet fee is paid if bringing 1 or 2 pets.
2) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that our pricing is based upon the number of guests, with pricing being higher with each additional guest that is included on the reservation. Please make certain that the correct number of guests is specified on the reservation so that the pricing is correct.
