Sunset Cottage is located directly on Gourd-neck Lake facing west with stunning Sunset Views. This property is a great place all year round, be it having fun on the lake in the summer, enjoying local vineyards and breweries in the fall, ice fishing and skiing in the winter or watching the trees bloom in the spring. Our lake is connected to another lake that can be accessed by boat and has a beach, hiking trails, dog parks, and playgrounds. Rental of pontoon includes access to Prairie View parks beach and recreational area. Drop off and pick up to the park can be provided via boat for an additional fee froM spring to fall.
Sunset cottage has a bedroom on the main level in addition to a large living room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and a beautiful bay window overlooking the lake. There is a dining room, half bath, three seasons room, deck and full kitchen. On the main level also.
