The downstairs contains 2 Queen bedrooms with wall mounted heaters and bathroom as well as a living area with large screen TV and X box with games. There is also a split system providing heating and air conditioner for those hot summer days. Perfect to send the kids to the Xbox room and enjoy some peace and quiet upstairs! There is also a laundry with both washer and dryer. There are large grassed areas at both the front and back of the house. The back is a secure yard with a beautiful outdoor setting perfect for the evening BBQ.
Head upstairs to the spacious living/dining area and fall in love with the floor to ceiling windows that offer sea views on one side and rolling green fields on the other - if you're lucky the neighbours (cows) might amble over for a hello as you pass! Both views are complemented with a large decking area so pick whether to enjoy your morning coffee with the sea or the land.
