Summary: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE…. Staff was alright, but the room 👎. I told the front desk that it was cold, she stated that she would send maintenance…………still waiting…………hour goes by….so I walked to the front desk, she’s on her phone!!! I asked, “so nobody’s gonna fix the heat”? O he never came, let me call.. why call when it’s almost check out. I had to get in the shower to warm the room up. Shower did not work well, you had to have it on power spray in order to get water, door looked as if it has been kicked in.. comforter had stains and I mean big stains. If I was a reviewer, they would be SHUT DOWN!!!!
