Charlevoix has been our family oasis for over 10 decades, and we’re excited to share our family home with you! Features include:
• 4 bedrooms on the upper level plus 1 bunk room on the main level, comfortably sleeping 16. (note: there are only two 1/2 baths on the main floor - all showers / tubs are upstairs :))

• 2 fabulous and well-appointed kitchens with custom cabinetry, top-of-the line appliances and quartz counters on the upper level, plus a convenient kitchenette next to the walkout deck on the main level
o All kitchens are designed with your entertaining needs in mind. Across the 3 there is 1 walk-in pantry, 3 full size refrigerators, 4 beverage refrigerators, 3 ovens, 3 dishwashers, and an abundant amount of seating & countertop space
o A large island in the main kitchen, plus a beautiful bar/peninsula in the second kitchen
o A wine bar to impress even our most discerning guests
• An expansive 700 sq. ft. covered wrap around deck on the upper level, with amazing views of Lake Charlevoix
• A spacious lower-level deck, perfect for alfresco dining or an evening refreshment. It includes two grills (propane and charcoal), a dining area, a two person hammock, and a propane firepit
• 3 beautiful living areas, including 2 on the upper level and 1 on the main level

• Complimentary touches throughout the house so you only have to pack the essentials, typically including a bottle of chilled Prosecco, coffee (drip & Keurig), spices, cooking oil, some condiments, storage & trash bags, dish & dishwasher soap, bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soaps, etc) and laundry supplies (detergent & dryer sheets).
Across the street you’ll find one of Charlevoix’s lovely sandy beaches (Ferry Beach) with a swim dock, play areas, volleyball & basketball courts, covered picnic areas and much more. Have a boat? The Charlevoix public boat launch is less than a mile away for easy access to all of the water sports Charlevoix has to offer, and the Northwest Marine Yacht Club is also across the street, with transient slip availability for boats of all sizes. The Back Lot bar & grill is also only steps away, with outdoor dining, lake views, food trucks and a full bar. Downtown Charlevoix is just over a mile away, with boutique shopping, wonderful restaurants, concerts, festivals, a weekly Farmer’s Market, a library, movie theater, and beautiful views of Charlevoix’s world-class harbor, historic lighthouse, and Lake Michigan.
