Positive: The location is great, really central and felt really safe at the apartment - there are multiple locked doors, so the place feels really secure. The bed is very comfortable and the whole flat is far more spacious than it looks in the pictures! The kitchen is well-equipped and the TV has Netflix which is great.

Negative: There were a couple of technical hiccups during my stay - the kitchen tap is so hot I got a burn from it, be careful when touching the pipe when the hot tap is on! The curtain rail fell down on top of me and though the owner was apologetic and offered a partial refund as compensation, he never replied after that and the refund never happened. The place was also missing any cleaning supplies, which the owner again offered to reimburse me for but didn't in the end. It didn't disrupt the stay, it was still a wonderfully central property with good amenities, close to everything, a nice place.
