★POOL HEATING ★
Please note that pool heating arrangements must be made and paid for in advance, as it requires 12 hours to heat, which will be done before you arrive. The charge to heat the pool is $200 per day.
The pool temperature will be set at 80 degrees while the jacuzzi temperature is controlled from an off-site location and put on a 3 HR timer. Contact the host for a jacuzzi temperature change and time extension

Pool and jacuzzi lights are set on a timer and will be turned off at 12 midnight

(Tuesdays and Fridays are pool and gardening service days. The service men will enter the backyard.)

We are located in the desert . Guests are responsible for checking driving and weather forecasts in preparation for desert conditions at various times of the year, including, but not limited to fog, wind ,rain ,sandstorm, ect. We do not refund due to weather conditions, rolling blackout, air conditioning issues due to extreme temperature, road closures, drivers abilities, or vehicle limitation
