Positive: Very clean. Well maintained. Good support from Arthur.

Negative: Booking had been cancelled. Told not paid when had so room had been relet. Allowed to sleep in loft first night but no curtains/blinds, chair, clothes rail, bathroom 2 flights downstairs.

Summary: Very confusing on arrival.
