Minutes from Zephyr Cove beach, South Tahoe skiing and hiking trails.
Featuring a fully remodeled modern contemporary lake view home. Lots of space with large rooms for that family retreat or group of friends. This custom home offers a spacious living room with open beam ceilings, huge rock fireplace, formal dining area, huge game room with fireplace, wet bar, and giant picture windows The floor plan offers two master suites on the main level in addition to 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs. Recent remodel includes all new bathrooms, cabinetry, lighting, appliances, flooring, paint, hardwood flooring and more.
For winter months, the home is easily accessible from the main road with only slight inclines to drive and a completely level driveway (much easier than many homes in Zephyr Heights).

Summary: Our family of 15 met up here for Christmas. It was the perfect house for us and Matt was an outstanding host. He was very responsive to all of our questions and even kept us updated when the power went out. The bedrooms are nice, ample bathrooms for a large family, the kitchen well-equipped and the downstairs perfect for gathering. We got snowed in, but had fun sledding in the back yard. Thanks Matt for having a Christmas tree. We had a perfect Christmas.
