It is located within easy access to the various theme parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. and approximately 90 minutes form some of Florida's most attractive beaches like Clearwater beach on the west coast & Daytona Beach on the east coast. Home has tiles in all wet areas and Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP) in all other areas *** NO CARPETS*** There are two bedrooms downstairs one of which is the Master Suite with private walkout to the heated pool and spa!
