Spacious, three level, 4-bedroom and 2.5 bath townhouse over 1,500 sq ft. We are conveniently located at the very south end of Mt Pleasant (just off US 127). Our community is a mix of students and residents- it's everything that makes up the Mt. Pleasant community. We are a quick ride to CMU's campus, downtown, shopping, golfing, bowling, dining and the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.
Our little hometown city has lots to offer during the day as well as evening! We are located so close to Kelly Shorts Stadium; you can hear the canon when CMU scores a touchdown. This unit is within sight of the University Park SmartZone which houses the CMURC- a business incubator and complete co-working space. Our pristine location is a biking or walking distance to the CMU stadium and sports complex. Take a stroll through historic downtown Mt. Pleasant to visit our breathtaking parks. Visit bike trails located almost at your front door, leading you through campus and straight to downtown to restaurants, bars, and the Chippewa river. Let your children enjoy the downtown splash park or treat yourself to a massage and a nutritious treat at our famous juice bar, Pure Vitality.
