Originally a 1910's loft, this spacious two-floor town house is located in the heart of the city on the fringes of the Gay Village. Right on the corner the iconic St-Catherine street, have fun exploring Montreal's greatest attractions simply by walking 3 minutes to the metro station.
This architectural gem offers a escape from busy life of downtown. With a large living room, an open kitchen and beautiful outside terrasse, it is perfect for a family adventure or a weekend with friends!
The space
You will be located near the most central and connected subway of the city. No matter what you want to see, I recommend using public transport or walking. You are only a 15 min walk away from old port.
Everything you could ever need for example grocery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and bars are a couple minutes walk.
Guest access
1- Access the apartment with a keypad.

There is a lockbox is attached on the brink on the left side of the frame of the door. The code is 0108. Please leave the key inside the lockbox when you leave the apartment.. Please leave the keys in the keybox as soon as you leave the apartment so that you have no chance of losing them.

3- Arrival time
Please confirm at what time you will be arriving. Regular check-in time is 4 pm. You will be notify as soon as the apartment is ready so may be able to check-in earlier. However, we cannot guarantee a check-in before that time. That being said, if requested in advance, an early check-in might be possible at an additional cost of 20$.

- Please go outside if you are going to smoke, pickup your cigarette bud and make sure the door is closed behind you.
- Garbage is on Tuesday morning. Take out containers between 7 p.m. the day before or before 7 a.m. the day of collection
- Recycling is on Thursdays morning. Take out containers after 8 p.m the day before or 7 a.m. on collection day.
