This is actually a three bed house (two bedrooms are locked for owner use) therefore the downstairs living area is very spacious with a comfortable sitting room (with sofa bed), a large dining space and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs you'll find a stylish large bedroom with a new super-king bed and a fabulous view. The bathroom will also impress, with modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing bath or shower.
There is free parking on the surrounding street anywhere back (up the hill) from Eastbourne Avenue, you will most likely find spaces on Croft road, which is directly opposite the property
