The spacious, sunny property has two reception rooms, a large hallway, dining kitchen and a family bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower. Guests can enjoy the beautiful garden that surrounds the cottage, and explore the rural areas with countryside walks, a local playpark, and bus routes to St Andrews (15 minutes), Cupar (15 mins) and Dundee (15 minutes). Leuchars train station is just 5 minutes by car or bus, with regular trains to Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Local family attractions include Tentsmuir Forest and beach and Craigtoun County Park which are both around 15 mins drive. The Fife Deer Centre and Craigies fruit farm are both around 20 mins drive and with Camperdown Park in Dundee 25 mins drive. Clayton Caravan Park is less than 10 mins drive and they have a swimming pool, small soft play, play park and outdoor adventure golf. The house is fully equipped with everything a family might need, including cooking equipment, board games, arts and crafts, toys, jigsaws, two televisions with a range of streaming options, and broadband wifi. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, and plenty of cooking and cleaning supplies to use during your stay should you need them. We welcome families with children of any age, and can supply a cot and highchair if requested. Dogs are welcome too but kindly note that the garden is not fully enclosed and the neighbours do have cats that like to wander! The house is not currently suited for those who require step-free accommodation.
