We are so close to many exquisite restaurants and bars being so close to Royal Oak, Ferndale and Detroit. There are many fun things to do in our area including the Detroit Zoo, rage room, an escape room, Red Oaks waterpark, axe throwing, comedy shows, drag queen bingo, whiskey distillery, bowling, movie theaters etc.
The space
Our property is a newly renovated large bungalow. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a large spacious loft as a 3rd bedroom with workspace upstairs as well as a stocked closet with children's toys. There are two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a laundry room.
There is a queen bed in the master, a queen in the loft, as well as a single in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a couch, air mattress, and a pack n play available for sleeping arrangements if needed.
You can enjoy the Madison Heights, Ferndale, Royal Oak neighborhoods within minutes, or you can get more adventurous and head downtown to Detroit and be there within 12-15 minutes The surrounding neighborhoods of Madison Heights, Royal Oak and Ferndale and even Hazel Park boast their restaurants for the avid foodie or you can save some cash and fire up a home cooked meal in our full kitchen equipped with all the necessities. Enjoy a nightcap on our back deck, which is private with a fenced-in yard, or you can enjoy the rockers on our front porch with a quiet street view.
