Hi. The place that is available is a new model,as of 2016, Jayco RV trailer with 3 slideouts. The entire trailer is for rent and can sleep up to 7 people approximately. 4 people can sleep very comfortably.

It has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower, 3 TV s, an outside kitchen, A/C, heat, queen bed, and many other amenities. It is one of the top of the line Jayco trailers.

We are situated in Hollister, CA and in an easy to get to spot. There is a tremendous amount of parking on the property as this is a 1 acre property.

We have a horse and 3 alpacas here and they love people!

Summary: The trailer itself was nice except for an ant problem and bad sewage smell from what we discovered was caused by a kinked, bent and flattened flexible sewage pipe, no more smell. The grounds were run down and univiting but there was a picnic table that we used. The location of the property was rural which we liked and also had easy access to stores and restaurants a few miles away. Overall, the property where the trailer is located seemed unkempt but if you stayed inside, the trailer was quite comfortable. To make the stay worth what we paid for, I would have expected a nice garden or some landscaping at least near the trailer and of course no ants and replacement of the obviously barely functional sewage drain pipe. We were 3 retired ladies in our 60's and expected a nicer overall ambiance than what we experienced, however the property is a great crash pad if you just stay indoors. M o more smell.pipepipesdisappeared
