The apartment is located between the Acropolis Museum and the National Museum of Contemporary Art. The location is super central and ideal for families or large groups of people who want to visit Athen’s main sights on foot. You can easily walk to most of the attractions around the historic center. Due to it’s central location, the area may experience traffic noise during the day, but the apartment’s double-glazed aluminum windows will keep the noise out.
The main bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment so light sleepers won’t have any problems. In the surrounding area you can find plenty of tourist offices, banks, pharmacies, car rentals and the popular area of Koukaki, which is full of cafes / restaurants & bars for your amusement.
There is also a small super market and one of the best bakeries in Athens only a 5 min walk away from the apartment.
The apartment was recently renovated and is decorated with care and our personal taste
to keep the Athenian character & atmosphere, but with a touch from our beloved Cyclades islands.
The main color is white with the blue details bringing out Greece’s mood.
The living room is decorated with some of our personal black & white photography work and many of the objects around the house are also personal or custom made.
You can find all the amenities of a modern apartment like a fully renovated & equipped kitchen, a working space with cable Internet, a Wi-Fi printer, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, a 43inch plasma television with cable channels, a security door and a small balcony both at the front & at the back with flowers and plants that we personally take care of .
The apartment consists of 1 large living room, 1 working space, a spacious kitchen, a separated laundry room, 1 totally renovated bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen sized bed, a bedroom next to the living room which can be ideal for children with 3 single beds and an ensuite W.C.
If you are a family travelling with children we can offer you an infant’s bed, security sockets, a highchair and a baby’s bath. Please inform us beforehand if you need them and feel free to ask if there is anything else you might need.
