Positive: the location is lovely, the toilet and bath were clean, the bedding was nice and clean, the property had been hoovered, clean towels were available

Negative: mop and bucket left by backdoor, hoover left in kitchen, dust, spiderwebs and spiders, the property had not been cleaned or dusted, the windows were mouldy in places, dead flies around the property, bathroom grout black in places, banister dirty, drawers in furniture in bedrooms not cleaned, some crockery and cutlery were dirty and dusty these had to be washed prior to use. No kitchen essentials in property, only four tea bags, no coffee, no oil for frying pan. No instructional information, no walking information for the area.

Summary: stayed under previous ownerships, really let down due to disappointing lack of cleanliness
