We are thrilled to share Serenity with you in the rolling foothills of the Sierra Nevada, just minutes from Giant Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Please make yourself at home away from home on thirteen acres untouched nature. This home is for those that love the natural environment, plants, animals, and everything that comes with it. We are a National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat and work hard to comply with the NWF standards.
Serenity is at the end of a Cul de sac and offers complete privacy on 13 acres. The view from the deck and front of the house overlooks a lovely meadow and the seasonal Mill Creek just beyond. The house comfortably sleeps 8-10 persons on a Master bedroom king, an adjacent loft with two twin size and two full size beds and a family room queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy the view from the upstairs deck or downstairs patio. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, and two bathrooms. There is plenty of space for parking, to spread out, and to make yourself at home.
We don't charge a deposit and there are no minimum stays. We want you to enjoy Serenity, even if for just one night, without breaking the bank.

The guests will have access to the entire house, inside and out. The meadow, and the seasonal creek. This is NOT a shared space and you will have the house to yourself.
Firewood is available for purchase on the property on the rack just outside the front door and in the bins against the garage. The wood in the bins against the garage is for the outside fire pit and the wood on the rack is for the wood burning stove. There is a box in the kitchen to pay for the firewood. Please contribute an an appropriate amount of money for the amount of wood used. My daughter and I cut, split, haul, and stack all of the wood ourselves.
We also provide propane for the gas fired BBQ. Please remember to turn off the gas when you are finished using the grill.
We will be available for communication up to, during, and after your stay via the AirBnB app and phone. We will not be present during your stay. You will have complete privacy. Periodically, I am up at the property working and am able to greet you as you arrive, but this is a rarity.
