Summary: When I arrived my room had been “upgraded” to one on the uppermost floor (no elevator) and with no windows. It was also directly next to a linen/storage room, so there was constant noise from machines. On several days of my stay, I was woken and unable to sleep because of noisy chatter from staff in that room. I also found the “continental breakfast” very disappointing. There was no dining area; staff just delivered a paper bag with five items to your room. There was no way to choose items or specify preferences, so I was stuck with whatever items I was given. These were usually repetitive and unappetizing: a bruised apple, a room-temperature prepackaged waffle, two crackers, a rice crispy treat, and a sour “juice” drink that I found particularly unappetizing. The menu only changed on one day of my stay when the apple was replaced with a banana and the waffle with a croissant. I don’t think it could be considered a proper breakfast, and I certainly wouldn’t consider it a selling-point. One of the biggest issues I faced with my stay was that the wifi didn’t work. I was able to connect my devices to the wifi with full bars, but it never let me actually connect to the internet. I was never able to load even a single webpage. I instead ended up having to use up my own international data.
