“Seascape Views” is a delightful single-storey family & pet friendly home (absolutely no cats please) in Coronet Bay just a short walk from the beach and Coronet Bay general store, or a short drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Grantville & San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The entry hall provides access to Bedroom 1, featuring a huge WIR and ensuite (with shower, double vanity and separate toilet) at the front of the home. Also in the Entry Hall are a separate Toilet, internal access from the Double Garage, the 2nd Living Room (with smart TV and soundbar) and the fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) that also provides access to the rear yard. The huge central open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV & electric fireplace) flows through to the Outdoor Living Area. A Hall off the Living Room provides access to a Study Nook (with table & chair), Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 (each with BIR), a Bathroom (with bath & shower) and another separate Toilet.

Outdoor Areas

The rear covered Outdoor Living space (with gas BBQ and table & chairs for 8 people) overlooks the enclosed rear yard which is perfect for children and pets alike (please no cats due to serious allergy issues). There is space in the Double Garage for 2 cars (and also direct access into the home and the rear yard) and up to another 2 vehicles (cars and/or a boat, caravan etc) can be parked in the driveway or behind 3m wide gates to the side of the home.

The home has security cameras pointing to the entry points, but they do not look into any private areas or inside the home.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso (Vertuo) pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a reverse cycle ducted heating & cooling system that services the entire home.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 5 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 1: One King bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two Single beds
Bedroom 4: One Queen bed

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
