Our Bed and Breakfast is only a five minute walk to the Indented Head boat club, also feels like you are in the country.
A short drive to St Leonards or Portarlington.
Take a leisurely walk down Mc Donald Road to the boat ramp and along the beach to Half Moon Bay where you can snorkel out at the Ozone Paddle Steamer Wreck.
Alternatively take the direct route to the beach straight down the road and through Ozone Estate.
Hire a boat from Rod and go out fishing. You will find across the road from the beach there is a general store for all your basic needs including bait.
Take a short 7 min drive to Portarlington pier where the Bellarine ferry will take you to Melbourne for the day. The ferry has two return trips per day. Please see website for times.
Take a stroll down the Main Street of Portarlington visiting the coffee shops and restaurants there is also a Woolworths in town if you require any groceries.
Visit the local wineries like Jack Rabbit, Terindah or even Bellarine Estate for lunch or dinner.
Indented Head is only half hour drive to Queenscliff where you can stroll along the Harbour or take a ferry to Sorento - Check website for departure times.
Also there are Surf beaches at Point Lonsdale and Ocean Grove, or have a day at Adventure Park in Wallington.
Both Portarlington and St Leonards operate Golf Clubs where you could try your hand at a game of golf.
Portarlington Golf Club has a courtesy bus to and from the Golf club operating every night of the week from 4pm til after midnight from 26th Dec to 29th Jan. Outside of these dates the courtesy bus operates Wed, Friday and Sat nights from 4pm til after midnight.

Summary: This place was ideal for our weekend in Indented Head. Friendly people who were available when needed. Breakfast was perfect as we were able to cook our own when we wanted it. Easy walk to the beach area and caravan park.
