The house is quiet, fully air-conditioned, and enjoys excellent southern exposure, set on 600 m² of land surrounded by greenery, with a 7 x 4 pool. You’ll enjoy a glimpse of the sea, allowing you to check the sea conditions in the morning so you can rush out to it…

It is located in the hills above Carqueiranne (a mecca for windsurfing and kitesurfing) at
1.5 km from Carqueiranne Beach and 5 km from the beaches of Almanarre.
No traffic issues getting to the beaches or the city centers of Hyères or Carqueiranne.
35% deposit required at the time of booking. Balance due one month before check-in. On the day of your arrival, a security deposit of 1,000 euros will be required.

By car, expect no traffic jams or traffic lights on the way to the beaches of Carqueiranne or L’Almanarre.
