Sorry no pets, as the master bedroom is on the top floor and other beds on ground floor with easy access to the sea we do not accept children under 9, parking is only available for one car and prior reservation is needed, the whole house will always be available at a reduced price for under occupancy only if 1 or 2 bedrooms are occupied. the study room also has a sofa bed but occupancy will still be limited to 6.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, managed by a private host
