Positive: Large living areas. Big bedrooms. Clean. Modern appliances.

Negative: No soap or toiletries supplied in bathroom. Checkout (10am) is strictly enforced, which is quite early and surprising for an expensive property. Few facilities of the type you would normally expect at a barn like this (e.g. no games, books, etc). Much of garden out of bounds and locked. Owner appears to be rather anal and the house is (literally) covered in notes about how to do and not do things.

Summary: Comfortable place to spend the night, but not well equipped for longer stays
