We sleep 6 plus cot! New 2023! Unique and tranquil getaway on our 20 acre small holding! Rural but 10 minutes to towns and 15 minutes to the best beaches IN THE UK! Saunton/croyde/woolacombe Detached house all yours to rent! Our farm has over 50 animals sheep, Alpacas, Ducks, chickens, Rabbits! This house is stylish with everything you need for a peaceful unique, family friendly a fantastic farm experience!! We are the best of both worlds. Paradise! Enclosed garden for your furry friend!!
5 mins from Westcott Barton wedding Venue and 15 mins from best beaches in the country!! Barnstaple,ilfracombe,braunton and Woolacombe 10 to 15min away. Our NEW BUILD (2023) is situated in the middle of nowhere but near everywhere! Some of the best beaches in the country (Saunton, Putsborough, Croyde, Woolacombe, Ilfracombe) all just 10-15mins away! Peace and tranquillity in a beautiful 3-bed house all to yourself- sleeps 6 plus cot. Situated on our 20acre small-holding you can keep yourself to yourself or come and see some of our 50+ animals. Sheep, Alpacas, Ducks, Chickens, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs… Collect your own eggs for breakfast! There is a bridle path and lots of lovely walk directly from the property.
From the main living area (upstairs) you can see all of the animals and fields and countryside – you are only overlooked by nature! The bedrooms (downstairs) mean it is cooler to sleep during those warmer nights.
Newly designed with sustainability in mind, an air source heat pump provides all of your hot water. We have tried to make it a home from home, so has all that you will need! The property also has its own Sky and fast Broadband. making for the amazing views this house is reversed living with the main living upstairs and bedrooms downstairs.
We are a family who have moved to Devon for ‘the good life’ and want to share that with you. Nothing is too much, so if you have a wedding to attend– we have an ironing board. You want to go surfing– we may have wet suits to borrow. You want to see the local sights– we can guide you. You want to hit the beaches – we can show you the best ones to avoid the traffic!
We have 4 children ourselves so Highchair/Stairgates/Toys/Travel Cot/Buggy we can provide please let us know your children's ages so we can make your stay as easy and stress free as possible. We also have a bath in the property for small children as ours were a little frightened of the shower when small.
The space
You will have a 3 bed detached house all to yourself. There is a designated parking space and also further parking available (if you let us know in advance).
The front of the property is secluded and not overlooked with its own private outside space to sit and relax. This is fenced for dogs and young children,
As you enter the property, you find a long hallway with 3 bedrooms and a good sized bathroom (with bath and separate shower) downstairs. Each bedroom provides accommodation for 2 adults. Main room with oak king size bed, Second room with 2 singles and 3rd room with full size bunk beds. We provide toys and games for our yung guests!!!
A travel cot can be provided free. We provide free bedding and towels all made up on your arrival after a deep clean between each guest. Hygiene is very important to us and our home is cleaned to a very high standard.
The bedrooms are downstairs which provides cooler rooms for a better night's sleep on those warmer evenings. All bright and two bedrooms with double windows and sunlight entering.
As you go upstairs, you will find a large open plan living space with a large well equipped kitchen including Oven/microwave/kettle/fridge/Freeze and dishwasher - suitable for preparing family meals or dishing up the takeaways! There is also a dining table which comfortable seats 6 with views over the sheep and Alpacas.
Livingroom ang and large sofa. Large TV with Sky and Netflix. Netflix has a child guest and adult guest showing suitable television. We also have board games for you to enjoy.
All of the rooms are freshly plastered and decorated to a high standard. With white walls throughout and tasteful decorative features it offers a timeless, uncluttered, relaxing stay.
We are happy for you to visit the animals or we can take families around if children would like a cuddle. We do a morning feed just let us know what time works for you. We have tips on places to visit in the area and a designated book to guide you to a amazing relaxing stay with us.
We also have a large fire pit on our land. If you would like to hire it for a evening for a experience please let us know. For £10 we provide the wood/marshmallows and hot chocolate!! Lovely experience with the animals around you.
We know holidays are time to be spent with your family, relaxing. We are happy to leave you to yourselves or help in any way that we can. Whether that is showing you around our animals, collecting your own eggs or lending you some milk! We can show you the local attractions, guide you so you avoid the traffic wherever possible or tell you the best places to eat out! Please just let us know and we can help you as much or little as you need. This is our first year opening our holiday let it will be open 12 months a year so your happiness is key to us.
