The front of Riversmeet is a cosy courtyard with outdoor furniture. The main corridor on the ground floor leads to the 3 bedrooms and 1 family bathroom at the back of the house. The first bedroom on the right is a twin bedroom with 2 full sized single beds and a large bay window with drawers for clothes storage. Opposite the twin room there is a large double bed with bedside tables and a large set of drawers. The master bedroom has a large double bed and en-suite facilities which include a shower, wc and wash basin. The family bathroom has a bath tub with a shower attachment, wash basin with cupboard space underneath and a w/c in the corner.
The staircase in the corridor leads to the open plan triple aspect kitchen, dining table and living room with 3 windows in the lounge overlooking the beach views and harbour setting of Appledore. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious with a fridge / freezer, electric oven and induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and microwave with plenty of cupboard space. The living room has 3 comfortable sofas looking out onto the beach with a smart TV in the corner of the room with a DVD player.
