The result of the skilful renovation of a typical Tuscan farmhouse of the eighteenth century, it was built keeping the architectural and environmental context unchanged but adapting it to the needs and comfort necessary for an unforgettable stay.
A portion of well 220 square meters (plus front and rear verandas for a total of 330 square meters) totally independent, a garden of 4000 square meters, a finely furnished gazebo and a magnificent and huge swimming pool of 7x14 meters plus 2.5 meters of Roman steps, all for the exclusive use of the guest, they are ready to welcome you and give you feelings of pure well-being.

The house (sleeps 6 + 2 in 3 bedrooms, sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) is furnished in pure Tuscan style with excellent antiques.
On the first floor we find: a spacious kitchen, living room with large sofa, fireplace and plasma TV, dining room with 10-seater walnut table, dressing room and bathroom with shower, study / hallway with double sofa bed, entrance and closet.
On the second floor: 3 bedrooms with double bed, one of which is 35 sq m, all equipped with air conditioning, large bathroom with tub.
There are also 2 verandas (front and back) of 40sqm well furnished one with an 8-seater table and the other with a 12-seater oak table. Outdoor barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.
