This rental is a vacationer's dream. Located on the quiet and secluded side of Donner Lake (south side), this home offers large floor to ceiling windows in the main great room, two separate decks overlooking the lake and a large private pier for easy boating and swimming access.
Enter the property on the main great room level. An open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings offers spectacular views and is perfect for entertaining. Two large sliding glass doors lead onto a spacious deck/patio with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and comfy seating. The open kitchen and breakfast bar are finished with top of the line appliances, marble countertops, and fine woodwork throughout.
The first floor is also appointed with a queen bedroom and a shared bath with beautiful stonework and a stand-up shower.
An open loft is available for an extra hang out space and is furnished with a gaming TV, bean bags, and air hockey.
Journey downstairs to the bedroom floor. Two king bedrooms are situated on the lake side, with large sliding glass doors leading to a covered deck overlooking the Donner Lake. This deck offers tall tables and chairs, perfect for playing games with the kids or simply enjoying the view out of the afternoon sun.
The first bedroom is the primary suite, appointed with a king-size bed and private bath with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom facing the lake is furnished with king-size comforts.
