Just a 2 minute walk out the front door to the paved non-motorized Iron Belle trail for a quick fix of walking, running, biking and skiing (groomed in the winter). New tile and finishes in the bathrooms, hardwood floors refinished, new light fixtures and devices, new carpet and paint throughout. Large one car detached garage and space for a second car in the driveway. Sorry...No space for trailers on site. Nicely maintained house with a large yard, beautiful sunsets and great neighbors. The USPS, Library, Kwik trip, Dairy Queen and Pit Stop (great burgers & fries!) are all within 1/2 a mile.
