Positive: Lovely people, extremely helpful and the house is in a quiet location - lovely walk into St Ive's - the Amore restaurant was fabulous for an evening meal by the river

Negative: Screaming children next door at 6am! Slightly difficult to find because of the confusing street naming system in the area.

Summary: Really nice homely place to stay for a single night with very nice and helpful people
