Positive: Was roomy and good location

Negative: Toilet seat hanging on by one screw, you could hear everything in the house and the other guessed parting till 2.30am in the morning running up and down the stairs and in and out the front door. Making our door shake every time and the security light to keep coming on . Bathroom needs a good Reno .
