The Long Lake house is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom and 2 full bath lakefront vacation getaway which comfortably sleeps 8. The property is nestled right on the water on the quiet southeastern shore of Long Lake in Harrison, Michigan.
During your stay you will enjoy a breathtaking waterfront view, a private dock (between April and October), shoreline fire pit and sandy bottom swimming with easy in/out stair access. This getaway has easy access to activities like kayaking, fishing (gear not provided) and paddle boating. A back deck with patio furniture, outdoor eating accommodations and a Weber gas grill (propane included).
The house has an open living and kitchen floor plan with updated bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, side-by-side refrigerator. There are two smart TV’s, one located in the living room and the other in the bunk room.
The house is equipped with a Generac whole home generator that will automatically initiate when there is a disruption in power.
The indoor fireplace is in the main living room. Please ensure the glass doors are open when in use and please do not place anything in the fireplace, to include but not limited to marshmallows and/or paper products.
RECOGNITION OF RISK:
By accepting the terms herein by executing a rental agreement, the Renter expressly acknowledges that the use of exercise equipment, bicycles, bunk beds, kayaks and Paddleboats have an inherent risk of injury to persons and property. RENTER IS AWARE OF THOSE RISKS AND UNDERSTANDS THEM. Renter acknowledges that PFD’s (Lifejackets) and bike helmets are made available and that ALL RENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR PFD’s/LIFEJACKETS WHILE USING WATERCRAFT AND HELMETS ON THE BIKES. Renter understands that use of a PFD and/or helmets does not remove all risks of injury; nor does PFD/helmets use make kayaking, paddleboating and biking safe activities. Renter alone has determined the sufficiency of any safety gear or other precautions that Renter decides to take to minimize the risks of the aforementioned activity and equipment usage. No party related to Lessor, has made any representations regarding the safety of, or the risks of, the activity and usage. RENTER EXPRESSLY ASSUMES THE RISKS OF THE ACTIVITY and equipment usage.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By executing this rental agreement, Renter hereby RELEASES Lessor (6479 Redman Road), from liability for negligence and HOLDS HARMLESS the Lessor, its owner and its employees from any loss, expense or cost, including attorney fees, arising out of any damages or injuries, whether to persons or property, occurring as a result of the rental or use of said boat, kayak and/or Equipment. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Lessor and Renter and no term may be waived or modified (including provision against oral modification) except in writing signed by both parties. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, by Lessor to Renter, except as contained herein, and Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or injury to Renter nor to anyone else, of any kind or however caused.
