Ready to get away? This is perfect to get away from the hustle and noise of the busy work week, nestled back in the woods and surrounded by beautiful nature. Snow shoe the property in the winter or just curl up in the living room by the little fireplace.
You will first pull up to two stone pillars and a gate bringing you up white horse fences and a big arena with a yellow house, just continue on back down past the entire barn to a drive where you will see an arrow pointing you back! It's about 1/4 mile behind the main house for total privacy. You will pull up to the "Caretaker Cottage" yourself at home!
We have provided a small DVD collection, books, coloring tools for the kiddos, board games to play and get away from the screen time ;)
3 Beds and a fold out sofa offer plenty of sleeping space for it's all adults, we like to say it sleeps 6 comfortably.
2 Queen beds, 1 Full, 1 Pull fold out couch.
The cottage is in a convenient location near many activities while offering some peace and quiet. Traverse City is just a 10-15 minute drive offering restaurants, beaches, shopping downtown, wineries, and more! You could go in the other direction to High Rollaways which is a huge attraction come fall colors, but makes a great leisurely hike any time of year.
Farmers markets and U-picks in the summer, skiing and snowshoeing in the have it all! Wineries, distilleries, unique dining, hikes, site seeing, farms, list is endless!
You could just stay holed up in the cottage or get our an enjoy what our beautiful area has to offer!
Crystal Mountain Ski Resort and Spa is just a 25 minute drive.
Downtown Traverse City is 15 minutes to shopping, beaches, coffee shops..
