Negative: I was given a dark room for a disabled person. Plastic chairs and plastic shower curtain and an interconnecting room.i was paying for an upgraded suite. Not impressed. The manager could not see the problem although he was pleasant. I took another room. Much smaller and a down grade.

Summary: I’ve stayed at worst places.
