This is a 900sf apartment with a private entrance and driveway, front covered porch entry with porch swing. The front entry hall leads to the den/office space and a queen size pull-out sofa, desk and (non-functioning) fireplace. The stylish living and dining room is directly off of the den and privacy curtains separate the two spaces for extra guests. The queen size bedroom has 11' ceilings, room darkening window shades and a closet with laundry. The newly renovated bathroom has a tub-shower combo, marble mosaic floor tile, and brass and chrome fixtures. Feel like cooking? The brand new kitchen with gray shaker cabinets, brass hardware, stainless steel appliances and sparkling granite counter tops is ready for a home cooked meal or a freshly ground pot of coffee. The back entrance off of the kitchen leads to the fenced-in back yard.
There is a shared wall between this apartment and the one next door - expect to hear muffled voices and some general sounds from your neighbors during your stay - both sides are typically rented at the same time. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM every day.

This is a historic 1919 Queen Anne Style duplex home that we have renovated and painstakingly restored. Most of the rooms boast over 11' high ceilings, multiple fireplaces, exposed brick, plaster walls and gorgeous light fixtures. The large and spacious front covered porch has been completely renovated into a warm and welcoming refuge from the hot SC sun.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
