This quaint chalet is tucked in the heart of Lakes of the North (a year-round mecca of outdoor activities). A short walk to the Clubhouse will find you relaxing at the poolside or playing pickle ball depending on your mood. For those with "toys," the trail to get you connected to a snowmobiling or side by side adventure is less than a quarter mile from the driveway. And when you're done, you'll have a huge garage to store your equipment (which will soon have arcade games, hopefully by early December)! For those traveling with younger people, this property offers a basketball hoop to play some good old-fashioned games of horse or some half court challenges.
Out the back door, you'll find a hiking trail that connects directly to the main trails that wind through the beautiful woods of Lakes of the North! If you feel like a cozier night, the fire pit offers a relaxing area to tell stories, gaze at the stars, or enjoy the tranquility this community has to offer.
You're also within a short drive (or by trail if you so choose) to Settings Restaurant, an 18-hole golf course, Lake Harold, Pencil Lake, and the Winter Sports Park (which offers a sledding hill, outdoor skating rink, and cross country skiing.)
If you feel the desire for more traditional forms of exercises, Lakes of the North and the surrounding area offer several hiking trails through forests, ravines, and a beautiful trail along the East Jordan River. For those that enjoy kayaking, you'll find several put-ins along marked water trails starting in Bellaire and meandering through Grass River Scenic Area.
This chalet can easily sleep 8, has Wifi, a SmartTV, offers a loaded kitchen, and all the linens you'll need for the bedrooms and bathroom. It's also pet friendly, so please bring your four-legged companions!
