Positive: The chalet is fantastic! Cozy and nice and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Negative: The company, managing the property can definitely work to provide adequate information regarding the post-booking charges. There is an "optional" charge of €45 for cleaning and "service charges". It is NOT optional - it always needs to be paid in order to avoid cancellation. The "option" you are given is to pay it in full and not clean yourself, or pay €40 and take care of the cleaning. Additionally, I have never received a proper breakdown of the "service charges" that are included in this fee.
