Located a short 10 minute drive to the grocery store and downtown, 25 minutes to the lifts at Kicking Horse resort and driving distance to Yoho, Banff, Glacier and Bugaboo parks.
This newly built 2 bed/1.5 bath has a fully equipped kitchen and makes an awesome place to hang out and reconnect with family and friends
You'll be staying in your very own modern Scandinavian inspired cabin on a property just outside of Golden. You'll be surrounded by mountains but only a 10 minute drive to get groceries.
The property has 3 other cabins on it, a hot tub and a fire pit. (all with epic mountain views)
Your cabin has lots of windows overlooking the views, a deck with BBQ, an office area to get some work done and a reading nook to relax and soak in the mountain views.
Inside the cabin you'll find:

- Fully stocked kitchen (fridge, stove, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, vitamix, coffee maker, sugar, oil, tea, coffee. etc)

Dogs: 🐕
We love dogs here! Please just make sure they stay off the furniture and linens. We ask that you please pick up after their bathroom breaks and place the bags in the dumpster outside.
Toilet:
Being a rural property we use a septic system therefore, Please only flush toilet paper. (no diapers, paper towels, wet wipes etc..)
Parking:
Please park near the tiny houses and leave the large turnaround area clear
Cooking:
Don’t use metal on the nonstick cooking pots instead use the silicone utensils provided so that the pots/pans stay in good shape!
Ski, bikes and gear:
There is a gear room for skis and bikes. Please leave your gear in there and not in the house to avoid any damages to home.
Noise:
Please Be respectful of the person in the other homes, and keep outdoor music to a minimal after 10pm.
HOT TUB:
Please shower before using the hot tub. Absolutely no glass in the hot tub. broken glass will result in a 300$ refill fee.
Garbage:
Don't leave garbage outside. any garbage can go to the dumpster located on the property next to the garage.
BBQ: please burn off any excess food to ensure no animals are attracted
